Don A. Allen, Senior Investigator, Southern California Region
Don Allen is a Senior Investigator for the Southern California Region of DynaSec International, Inc. and operates from San Diego, CA.
Mr. Allen has 22 years experience as a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. During his tenure with the FBI, he investigated a variety of different types of violations to include white collar, organized crime/drugs, bank robbery, kidnapping/extortion and public corruption. He also served as a Special Weapons and Tactics team member, was trained as a firearms and defensive tactics instructor, and was a team leader of a specialized surveillance operations group. During the last five years of Mr. Allen's career with the FBI, he served as a Supervisory Special Agent, supervising a squad that investigated public corruption/border corruption and civil rights violations. He also served as the supervisor/coordinator of the Border Corruption Task Force in the San Diego FBI Office and oversaw the investigative activities of special agents from the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration, Internal Revenue Service and Customs and Immigration Enforcement. The investigations focused on the activities of corrupt United States border officials who were allowing illegal aliens, narcotics and/or other illegal contraband to enter the United States through either the San Ysidro or Otay Mesa Port of Entries.
Since his retirement from the FBI, Mr. Allen has worked as a special investigator conducting security investigations associated with personnel working for the Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Defense.
